This refreshing cocktail is perfect for the sophisticated drinker who likes cocktails with a dry finish and citrus flair 🍊 I used a dry Lambrusco from @lyons.wine , Campari, and blood orange 🧡 Lambrusco is a sparkling red wine—aka, the best kind of red wine ✨

LAMBRUSCO SPRITZ RECIPE
Makes 2 drinks
1 orange or blood orange
2 dashes orange bitters (optional)
1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
3 oz Campari
6-8 oz oz dry Lambrusco, chilled
sparkling water to top

Fill two wine glasses halfway with ice.
Add a slice of orange to each glass, followed by the butters, orange juice, Campari, Lambrusco, and sparkling water.
Stir and garnish with an orange slice.

One of the trends that we’ve been noticing this season is that everyone has been recommending Lambrusco as their ideal pairing for steak.

In Emilia where LYONS is made, steak and lamb are regularly served at home and in restaurants. And Emilians, who religiously and almost exclusively serve Lambrusco, regularly pair their steaks and other grilled meats (pork chops in particular) with Lambrusco.
